How does YUEN access enterprise accounts?

Only through a Google Ads manager account link and Meta Business Manager partner access. No password, card or personal profile access is requested; the scope is limited to ads and page statistics and is revoked with one click.

Are security and compliance documents available?

Yes. The Security and Data Processing Summary PDF (TR/EN) can be downloaded from the site; a data processing agreement (DPA) is signed on request. Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt), personal data is kept for at most 24 months and a weekly backup is taken.

How are changes controlled?

AI recommends, an expert approves; every change records who, when and why, and is visible in the portal. No automatic changes are made and every action is reversible.

Where is our data stored?
On Supabase (Postgres) infrastructure in the EU, Frankfurt region. Access is restricted by row-level rules; backups are kept for 8 weeks in a private, encrypted bucket.
Can we cut access instantly?
Yes. With one click in Portal → Connections; you can also remove the partner on the Google Ads / Meta side. The key is deleted immediately.
Who are the sub-processors?
Supabase (data), Vercel (hosting), Google and Meta (ads APIs), Anthropic (AI analysis; client data is not used for model training). Full list in the Privacy Policy.
How do invoicing and payment work?
Monthly invoice as PDF in the portal; TRY, USD or EUR. Export-of-services VAT exemption for companies outside Türkiye; payment by bank transfer or Wise.
