How do I start working with YUEN?
Enter your website, or sign up for free and connect your Google Ads account. The report is ready within minutes, and no password or card is needed. Then you go through the findings with a specialist on a free audit call and continue with the package that fits you. For content or software work you can book a call directly.
Do I have to give you my password?
No. We never ask for a password at any step. The connection is made through Google's and Meta's OAuth permission screen; you type your password on the platform's own screen and YUEN never sees it. The access granted is limited, stored encrypted and revoked with one click on the Connections page of your portal, which deletes the key at once.
Are recommendations applied automatically?
No. AI drafts suggestions and your assigned specialist reviews them. On an active plan only approved changes are applied; every change can be rolled back and shows up under "This week's work" in your portal. So you always know what changed in your account, when and why; nothing changes without you knowing about it.
Can I work with you from abroad, and in which currency do I pay?
Yes. The portal is in Turkish and English; prices are shown in TRY, USD or EUR and invoices are issued in your currency (export-of-services VAT exemption for clients outside Türkiye). Payment is by bank transfer or Wise. Calls take place online, so it makes no difference which country you are in.
How are monthly packages billed?
Monthly packages are billed automatically every month; payment is due within 7 days and the invoice PDF stays in your portal. The approved quote sets out the package's scope and length. You see invoices and payment status on the Spending and invoices page and tell us once you have paid. Account ownership and your data always stay with you.
Where is my data kept?
On Supabase infrastructure in the EU (Frankfurt). Data travels over encrypted connections, each client sees only their own data and personal data categories are kept for at most 24 months. Weekly backups are taken. Our Privacy Policy explains which data we process, why, and how you can send a deletion request.
Does YUEN store client passwords?
No. YUEN never asks for or stores client passwords. Ad accounts are connected through Google's and Meta's official OAuth consent screens, and the permission can be revoked from the portal with one click.
What does YUEN do?
YUEN Digital Agency runs Google advertising with AI-assisted analysis and Meta advertising under expert management. AI scans the Google account continuously, an expert reviews and applies the recommendations, and the client follows the results in their own portal. It serves clients in Türkiye and abroad in Turkish and English.
