01The brief

We did not want agency work scattered across e-mail, spreadsheets and messages. The client needed to see ad data, content approvals, messages and invoices in one place, and the expert needed every change to be recorded and reversible.

02What we did

    Three panels, one set of data

    The client portal, expert panel and admin panel run on the same database; everyone sees only the data they are allowed to see.

  2. 02

    Ad account connection and an AI suggestion loop

    A Google Ads account is connected through a consent screen, without a password. AI produces suggestions, the expert reviews them, and approved changes are applied and can be undone.

  3. 03

    Tested before every release

    A test suite running more than 250 scenarios against the live site runs after every package. The site is in Turkish and English, live at yuen.agency.
