How to delete your data
There are three ways: revoke access instantly, delete your account within 30 days, or request by email. None of them requires our approval.
1 · Revoke access (instant)
Portal → Connections → “Remove access” next to the relevant Google Ads / Meta account. The access key is deleted from our server and revoked on the Google / Meta side. No new data is fetched from that account; historical metrics are deleted at the end of the retention period or together with your account deletion request.
Connections →2 · Delete your account (30 days)
Portal → My account → “Delete my account”. The request is recorded immediately; you can undo it from the same place during the 30-day waiting period. When the period ends, your user account, company record and all linked data (ad metrics, messages, calendar, file links, appointments, notifications, AI records) are permanently deleted. Invoices are kept only for the period required by tax law, separated from your identity (anonymised).

If you cannot access the portal, send an email with the subject “data deletion” from your registered address to agencyyuen@gmail.com. After verifying your identity, your request is completed within 30 days at most and confirmed in writing.

What is deleted, what remains
- Instantly (access revocation): the Google / Meta access key is deleted and revoked on the platform side.
- After 30 days (account deletion): user account, company record, ad account connections and the 24-month metrics archive, messages and attachments, content calendar, appointments, notifications, AI chat and analysis records, Drive folder link and cache.
- Anonymised for the legal period: issued invoices (10 years under the Turkish Tax Procedure Law) are kept separated from the client identity; these records contain no name or contact details.
- Backups: weekly backups (daily as we grow) are kept for 8 weeks; deleted data is not restored from backups.
From your Google and Meta account settings
You can also revoke access on the platform side; both take effect immediately and the connection in the portal drops to “no permission” at the next sync.
- Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps & services → “YUEN Platform” → Remove access.
- Meta: Facebook → Settings → Business integrations → “YUEN Platform” → Remove. Meta forwards the data deletion request to us at this step; your request is opened automatically and processed like step 2 on this page.
